I wrote (and continue to write) a collection of photography eBooks (a booklet collection to be more precise) to download. Each ebook will give you many tips and tricks about one specific subject in photography, for example: How to photograph your kids and family.
The idea came when i bought some books to learn something about a specific theme, and the problem, each time, is that i bought a book which speak about everything, let say for $25, but i needed only one or 2 chapters on that book, and i get frustrated to buy a 250 pages book to read only 10 or 20%.
For the moment my e-books are in the Apple format (for iPhone, iPad and Mac OS X), which give to the eBook a huge interactivity with the reader (like the interactive reviews at the end of each chapter).
I am also re-writing all my ebooks in the ePub format to be compatible with Android and all other OS (it's even longer than i expected), but the interactive reviews will not be in the ePub, unless the ePub format evolve and get interactive too.
In this category are listed more than 50 free eBooks to learn photography. This page is divided by photography genre, just click on the image to go to the photography genre you want, to have access to the free photography eBooks of the genre.

Nowadays our smartphones have more computer power than a 10 years old desktop computer. Technology is evolving fast and with it, the language acquiring new words like smartphone or selfie.
We are doing everything with our phone, from a GPS assistant to photograph or record a movie in full 1080p HD, even post processing those images, and i don't even speak about playing 3D games, read some news on internet and so on...
At the end, when we compare how we use our phone the most, in percentage, I can say safely that we barely use it to call someone, and this is why i call mine a photophone.
